As Jesus entrusted to the apostles, “Go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15), the ministry of Catechesis embraces the great responsibility of Church’s mission towards the faith formation of the generations. Department of Catechesis of our parish in collaboration with the Department of Catechesis of Eparchy of Mississauga supports the children to draw near to God, help them better understand His great love, and celebrate the visible signs of His presence with us through the scriptures and the sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation.
Special preparation classes are conducted for students receiving Solemn Holy Communion and Confirmation.
Catechism classes are held every Sunday from 3.45pm to 4.45pm.
